Cookie Policy

LAST UPDATED: JULY 2026

This policy explains which cookies the DM11 website uses and how you control that choice. We keep it to the minimum: cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and, only if you allow it, analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or social media cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember information between pages and between visits, such as your chosen language or your answer to the consent banner.

Equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage, are treated the same way as cookies under this policy.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are the cookies the site needs in order to work and to respect your choices. They store, for example, your language preference and the record of your answer to the consent banner, so that we do not ask again on every page.

These cookies do not identify you personally for marketing purposes and are not used to build profiles. Because they are necessary to deliver the service you requested, they do not depend on consent and cannot be switched off through the banner. You can still block them in your browser, bearing in mind that parts of the site may stop working correctly.

3. Analytics cookies, optional

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read most, where visits come from and where navigation runs into difficulty. This helps us improve the content and structure of the site.

These cookies are optional. The analytics script only loads after you accept it in the consent banner. If you refuse, or simply do not respond, no analytics is loaded and no Google Analytics cookie is written to your browser.

Data collected through this tool is handled in aggregate, statistical form. Google acts as a data processor under its service terms and may transfer data internationally. Details on purposes, legal bases and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. What we do not use

The DM11 website does not use advertising cookies, does not run remarketing and does not install social media pixels. We do not sell or share browsing data with advertisers.

If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and the consent banner before any new collection begins.

5. How to accept or refuse

On your first visit, the site shows a banner with the option to accept or refuse analytics cookies. Your choice is recorded and applies to later visits from the same browser and device.

Refusing does not restrict access to any part of the site. All content remains available.

6. How to change your mind later

You can revisit your decision at any time. Clear this site's cookies in your browser settings and the banner will appear again on your next visit, letting you choose afresh.

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. The privacy settings in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge let you control cookies per site and erase browsing data already stored.

7. Cookies and personal data

Where a cookie makes it possible to identify you, directly or indirectly, the corresponding data is processed under Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018, known as the LGPD.

You may exercise your rights as a data subject, such as access, correction, erasure and withdrawal of consent, by writing to contato@dm11.com.br. Full details are in DM11's Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the tools we use or the applicable law change. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.

Questions about the use of cookies on this site may be sent to contato@dm11.com.br.
